Terms & Conditions

 

ORDERS:

* Orders can be placed by using the shopping cart, online order form, email, fax or telephone. We will send an email to confirm your order within 48 hours.

* Please add 10% GST to all orders.

* We are happy to supply sample sizes of the costumes, and depending on location we are happy to come to your studio to measure and size the students. All sample costumes are to be returned via express/registered mail. We do not accept responsibility for any loss in postage. The sender will be invoiced for any cost of replacements.

* Teachers automatically receive a 10% discount, for any orders over $1000 further discounts will apply.

PAYMENTS:

* Full payment is required prior to posting of any items

* If placing special made to order purchases, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of placing the order. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for special orders.

* Payments can be made by direct deposit, PayPal Checkout, Paypal Invoice or Visa/Mastercard. On receipt of order we will supply the banking details for direct deposit transfers.

 

REFUNDS :

* If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your garments, please contact us immediately. Refunds will only be made within 7 days of full payment being received, and only if the garments are faulty and have not been worn. A change of mind does not constitute a refund. We may be able to exchange or issue a credit at our discretion.

* Refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque or money order.

 

POSTAGE :

* All orders / sales will be made by Registered / Express Mail through Australia Post at your own expense

* Express or DHL Delivery Services are  at your own expense

 

PRIVACY POLICY :

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

your name address phone number email address credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
